June 25th, 1967, The Beatles participated in the what was the first live global TV link “Our World”, and performed All You Need Is Love. It’s a well known performance, with many celebrities in attendance: Mick Jagger, Eric Clapton, Keith moon, Keith Richards, Graham Nash, and many others. The original broadcast was in black and white…colour television had not yet made it to Britian and most of the world, but Beatles portion was colorized later, based on photos of the event.
