David Gilmour turned 71 years old Monday.  Arguably one of the best voices and guitar players, and writers, of the past 50 years.  Forrest mentioned a video he has seen of David in the studio during the recording of Dark Side Of the Moon, so I went looking for it.  Given the fact that I am easily distracted, it did not surprise me when I stumbled on a video of Steve Winwood and Eric Clapton playing at the 2007 Crossroads Guitar Festival.  From the days of Blind Faith, this is a spectacular version of Can’t Find My Way Home.  By the way, there are 4 guitarists on the stage that actually round out my Top 5 guitar players…..the other two are Derek Trucks and Doyle Bramhall..  If you have not heard of Doyle, he has played with not only Eric, but Roger Waters as well.  And had a band called Arc Angels  Enjoy!
