In February, Mick Fleetwood gathered some all-star musicians to pay tribute to Peter Green, without whom there would be no Fleetwood Mac.  Pete Townsend, David Gilmour, Steven Tyler, and more turned out for this concert, and it will be released into theaters March 23, and on April 30 it will be released in three different formats…4 lp, 2 cd, 1 Blu-Ray with a 44 page book…a 2 dc 1 Blu-Ray set with a digital audio and mediabook…and a 4 vinyl LP gatefold release.  The first video has been released:  “The Green Manalishi (With The Two Pronged Crown)”,l with Billy Gibbons singing lead and Kirk Hammett on lead guitar.  And it is fantastic.  Even if you have never heard the Fleetwood Mac version of this song, it is defiantly worth your time to listen to this.  Billy’s voice fits perfect, and Kirk just shreds the solo.  And of course it looks like Mick Fleetwood is having the time of his life!
