After getting the Weezer song “I look just Like Buddy Holly” out of my head, another one worked it’s way in.  This one from the Teal Album, so it’s a cover song…and no, it’s not Africa.  While that cover is OK, there seems to be a Weezer edge that is missing from it.  So I was please when listening to this album that a few other songs DID have that edge, while others don’t.. The cover of “Everybody Wants To Rule The World” is about as sticky sweet as it can get, but the cover of Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean” actually has that edge.  Yes, it’s relatively true to the original, but if you listen, you can hear that certain something that makes it Weezers.  No, really.  You can.  Really.  Just try for yourself if you haven’t already.
