Billy Gibbons Releases Second Single From Second Solo Album!

Sure, ZZ Top will have been together as a band for 50 years next year.  Doesn’t mean Billy Gibbons can’t put out another solo album.  The Big Bad Blues will be available the 21st of this month, and the second single, like the first, is a Muddy Waters cover.  Standing Around Cryin’ was first released in 1952, and Billy has really made it a swampy, bluesy, funky thing that makes it all Billy.  The video below is one of those lyric videos…I like those, it’s like the Old Days, when you’d be surprised and a little grateful the band and record label would print the lyrics on the sleeve for you! Turn it up and enjoy Billy Gibbons version of Standing Around Cryin’
