Ann Wilson has been working on an album of covers for her solo project, and calling it Immortal She is covering songs of artists that have inspired her, and have passed away. In memory of her friend Chris Cornell she has covered I Am The Highway from Audioslave. I listened to it, and it really gave me the chills. It’s one of those songs that, while you’re listening to it you look at your speakers in total disbelief. How does one person manage to make that sound, and make it sound so good and so…..well, emotional? If the whole album is this powerful, well, no doubt I’ll need two copies. Take a listen….
