I’m going to have to admit something….

The year was 1985.  The new wave and/or synth-pop band A-ha released their debut album Hunting High And Low, and the first single was Take On Me.  In the winter of 1985, as I was heading up to Bogus to ski, a friend said “Here, take this cassette up  and listen to it while you’re skiing!”  I said something to the effect of “UHG, why would I listed to this?”.  I took it anyway.  And lo, it was a great album to listen to while skiing!  I also found I sort of liked Take On Me, one of the singles from the album.  I have to tell you this to explain why the video below is…well…below.  The video from A-ha’s MTV Unplugged hit the internet a while back, but I just saw it and, well, can’t get enough.  So, like I was taught, I thought I’d share something I like!
