Remember this?

I was talking to a coworker a couple of weeks back about Pink Floyd, and that lead to a conversation about David Gilmour.  He said he had a few of David’s solo albums.  I asked if he had his first, self titled, solo album.  The answer was no, so I quickly went to YouTube and played this song. Not a big hit, it was played on the radio around the country, and was the only single released from the LP.  And…it’s a cover!  According to his Wikipedia page, the song was originally done by Unicorn, titled No Way Out Of Here, on their album Too Many Crooks, produced by…yep, David Gilmour!  The whole album is great, but here is There’s No Way Out Of Here as (what I hope is) a treat for you!
